6ha of Residential Lots

Montaña del Sol was a pioneer in condominium living in Costa Rica almost 40 years ago. The developers not only reforested large tracts of the mountain, but had the vision of living surrounded by and in touch with nature. The lots for sale are on average 2´500m2, and include large mature trees.

The project includes fewer than 75 residential lots on over 20ha of land. Currently, only 20 lots for residential construction are available for purchase, from anywhere between 1,000m2 and 6,000m2. The community is looking for like-minded home owners, wishing to live with a priority on green-living, quality of life, and privacy.
